Taipei Shilin Night Market 2

Along the way amongst the stalls, there is a stall with a huge wok and 2 trays. Start from the left is brown cuttle fish ‘yau yee’. Next is the simple fried beehoon (vermicelli) with some cabbage and carrots. The final tray, its ‘Sien Pulak’ which is actually tempura, its fish cake.
We continue on this particular night market, well they really have numerous types of food. These are all types of meat on the stick from chic to squid, pick one and they will prepare for you on the spot. Nice & hot!
Next is the Taiwan famous sausage but this is longer than the normal ones we had, footlong. Well, I did't try it out. Maybe you could, once you have done it, let me know. This part of Shilin Market is very hot and humid as it has a shelter roof, especially with the various yummy food cooking inside. So the whole place is closed up. There is another part of Shilin Market which is open air and more cooling where you could see the sky above you.
